Reservation Policies

Advance Purchase/Full Prepay Policy:
If you choose to book our Full Prepay Discount, the full payment is charged to your credit card at the time of booking. That includes all taxes and fees. To lock in this discount, you agree to the following terms: if you choose to cancel or change your dates, you forfeit your entire prepay amount. 

Standard Deposit Policy:
All reservations require the first night’s room and taxes at the time of booking.

Standard Cancellation Policy:

• Winter Policy: 24 hours prior to arrival you can cancel with no penalty. Within 24 hours prior to arrival, we will charge the credit card on file for the full amount of reservation.  If cancelled 0-23 hours prior to arrival, you will be charged the full amount of reservation.
• Summer Policy:11 days prior to arrival you can cancel with no penalty. 10 days out we will charge the credit card on file for the full amount of reservation. If canceled 0-10 days prior to arrival, you will be charged the full amount of reservation.

Please note: Special event dates may have different deposit and cancellation policies. Those policies will be communicated during the booking process and printed on your confirmation letter.

Age Requirement Policy:
Guests must be 21 years or older with photo identification to reserve a room.

ID Requirement:
Valid photo identification required at check-in. Some rates will also require company identification.

Credit/Debit card policy:
A debit or credit card must be presented at check-in and will be charged the full amount of your stay and any incidentals.

Pet Policy:
As much as we love our pets, we ask that yours stay home for the comfort of all our guests. If that isn't an option, there are a few local pet sitters in the area that we could recommend.

Smoking Policy:
All guest rooms and public spaces are 100% non-smoking. A $500 USD cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy.

Quiet Hours:

We kindly ask your assistance in maintaining a serene environment for all guests in hour historic 1959 hotel. During Quiet Hours, 11pm-9am, we thank you for keeping the tv volume low, speaking quietly, avoiding heavy footfalls, and closing doors gently. 

Amenity Fee:
We want to make sure that your stay at The Earl is just as awesome as you are! So, we have included the following items in the daily amenity fee of $22 plus tax. Light continental breakfast, all day gourmet coffee and tea, WI-FI, free parking, Peloton bike in our fitness room, indoor pool, outdoor hot tub, in-room bottled water, EV charging stations and bicycles to get you around town.
