Reservation Policies
Deposit Policy:
All reservations require the first night’s room and taxes at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy:
- Winter Policy: 24 hours prior to arrival you can cancel with no penalty. Within 24 hours prior to arrival, we will charge the credit card on file for the full amount of reservation. If cancelled 0-23 hours prior to arrival, you will be charged the full amount of reservation.
- Summer Policy:11 days prior to arrival you can cancel with no penalty. 10 days out we will charge the credit card on file for the full amount of reservation. If canceled 0-10 days prior to arrival, you will be charged the full amount of reservation.
Please note: Special event dates may have different deposit and cancellation policies. Those policies will be communicated during the booking process and printed on your confirmation letter.

Check out time: 11am
Age Requirement Policy:
Guests must be 21 years or older with photo identification to reserve a room.
ID Requirement:
Valid photo identification required at check-in. Some rates will also require company identification.
Credit/Debit card policy:
A debit or credit card must be presented at check-in and will be charged the full amount of your stay and any incidentals.
Pet Policy:
As much as we love our pets, we ask that yours stay home for the comfort of all our guests. If that isn't an option, there are a few local pet sitters in the area that we could recommend.
Smoking Policy:
All guest rooms and public spaces are 100% non-smoking. A $500 USD cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy.
