Our proximity to the top event venues in the Charlevoix area, such as Castle Farms, makes us the ideal choice for guests attending a Northern Michigan wedding or meeting. Our rooftop bar, HI Bar, is the perfect setting for a morning mimosa sendoff breakfast, afternoon cocktail reception or evening business event. The Earl Suite helps make a small, intimate gathering special with its kitchen, living room and private balcony overlooking downtown. Looking for something more traditional, we have a 12-person boardroom with a smart TV and complimentary WiFi. Outside catering is available for your event needs.

YOUR ONE STOP FOR GUESTROOM AND TRANSPORTATION NEEDS

We know that planning an event is stressful. Why not charter our shuttle bus at the same time you reserve your hotel rooms? Our team will work with you or your event coordinator to make sure all your transportation needs are met for your wedding, rehearsal dinner, bachelor(ette) parties, and more. Charter fees begin at $150.00 per hour with a two-hour minimum. Space is limited to 13 people per trip. As a value to our hotel guests, our shuttle is only offered to those staying at our hotel. Reservations for the shuttle service must be purchased at least 24 hours in advance and are based upon availability. Please contact our team directly for detailed pricing and availability.

HI Bar

Impress your guests with an event from HI Bar, located on our rooftop. Enjoy breathtaking views of downtown Charlevoix and Round Lake. HI Bar is the perfect setting for your semi-private event, up to 40 guests. HI Bar is open seasonly, May - October, pending weather conditions.

Earl Suite

Most prized room. Brides love it, executives boast about it and you will too. Our 1,500 sq ft Earl Suite offers the comforts of a luxury apartment. Full kitchen with breakfast nook, large dining table, two bathrooms, living room, fireplace, and large balcony. Close the door to the king's bedroom and your guests won't know you are sleeping there too.  Book the adjoining king room to add more sleeping room for those family events. The Earl Suite can accommodate gatherings up to 30 people.

Boardroom

For small onsite events, The Earl of Charlevoix offers a Boardroom that can accommodate up to 12 guests. A smart TV is available to wirelessly connect your laptop for your presentations and a polycomm telephone for easy communication. Complimentary WiFi is included in your rental. Outside catering is available, ask us for a list of local vendors.
