The Earl combines history and contemporary luxury like no other hotel in Charlevoix, Michigan. Choose from 56 guest rooms and suites ideal for vacations, couples' getaways, corporate retreats, and group holidays. Our 1,500 -square-foot Earl Suite features a bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a washer/dryer, two bathrooms, a large private balcony with a view, and a living room with a fireplace, perfect for families, groups or that extended vacation. The Earl Suite can also be joined with a King room to accommodate larger groups.
We want to make sure that your stay at The Earl is just as awesome as you are! So, we have included the following items in the daily amenity fee of $22 plus tax. Light continental breakfast, all day gourmet coffee and tea, WI-FI, free parking, Peloton bike in our fitness room, indoor pool, outdoor hot tub, bottled water upon check-in and bicycles to get you around town.

VIP Earl Suite
VIPs deserve our largest suite. This two-bedroom suite can sleep up to 8 people and entertain even more. When you book this suite, you get our Earl Suite and connecting King Water View room making a two-bedroom suite fit for a king or queen. Each bedroom has a king bed, private bathroom and balconies overlooking Round Lake and downtown Charlevoix. One of the bathrooms has a jetted tub to soak away your worries. The spacious living room has a gas fireplace, two queen-sized sofa sleepers, dining room table for 6, fully equipped kitchen, half bath and washer and dryer. Start your stay off right with a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine waiting in your guestroom.
Earl Suite
Brides love the space this suite offers because it’s designed for socializing and has the largest balcony in the hotel, boasting views of downtown and Round Lake. The bedroom has one plush, king bed, a private bathroom with jetted tub, walk-in shower, dual sink, Beekman 1802 luxury bath amenities, lighted makeup mirror, and plush bath robes. The spacious living room, with two queen-sized sleeper sofas, gas fireplace and half bathroom. Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen with breakfast nook, dining table for 8 and a washer and dryer. Two Queen Water View with Balcony
Our Two Queen Water View room with a balcony offers great views of Round Lake and is located on our top floor. If views are what you are looking for, then this room is for you. Sleep comfortably in our plush two queen beds and wake up refreshed and ready for your day.
